🚫 No-Refund Policy

All purchases made on Gymkha are not eligible for monetary refunds. We strictly provide product replacements for eligible cases to maintain quality and hygiene standards.

📦 Replacement Eligibility

A replacement may be requested only if:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received the wrong product or incorrect size.

⏳ Replacement Request Window

Important: Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.


How to Request a Replacement

To initiate a request, please provide the following:

  1. Order ID

  2. Photos or Videos clearly showing the issue.

  3. Short Description of the problem.

Product Condition Requirements

To qualify for a replacement, the item must meet these criteria:

  • Must be unused and unwashed.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

The Replacement Process

  1. Review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

  2. Approval: If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

  3. Dispatch: The new product will be shipped once the original item is received or verified by our team.


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

  • Products that are used, washed, or damaged after use.

  • Requests made after the 48-hour window.

  • Minor color variations due to screen/monitor differences.

Gymkha reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after a thorough verification.
