All purchases made on Gymkha are not eligible for monetary refunds. We strictly provide product replacements for eligible cases to maintain quality and hygiene standards.
📦 Replacement Eligibility
A replacement may be requested only if:

You received a damaged or defective product.

You received the wrong product or incorrect size.
⏳ Replacement Request Window
Important: Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be entertained.
How to Request a Replacement

Product Condition Requirements
To qualify for a replacement, the item must meet these criteria:

Must be unused and unwashed.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The product must be returned in its original condition.
The Replacement Process

Review: Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

Approval: If approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment.

Dispatch: The new product will be shipped once the original item is received or verified by our team.
Non-Eligible Cases
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Products that are used, washed, or damaged after use.

Requests made after the 48-hour window.

Minor color variations due to screen/monitor differences.
Gymkha reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after a thorough verification.
