1. Introduction

Welcome to Gymkha (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.gymkha.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Gymkha is a performance-focused gymwear brand. Due to the nature of apparel and hygiene considerations, our return and replacement policies are strictly enforced to maintain quality and fairness for all customers. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old, OR
You are using the website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in INR (₹).
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Product colors may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.
All products sold on Gymkha are manufactured in India.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
We do not store your payment details.
In case of stock unavailability or pricing errors, we may cancel the order and initiate a refund where applicable.

5. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 1–3 working days.
Delivery Timeline: 5–7 working days across India.
Delays may occur during launches, sales, or due to courier issues beyond our control.
Tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

6. Returns, Replacement & Refund Policy

Gymkha follows a 3-Day Replacement Policy from the date of delivery.

A. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement requests must be raised within 3 calendar days of delivery. The product must:

Be unused and unwashed.
Have original tags intact.
Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alteration.
Size Exchange: Allowed once only, subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.

B. Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must report it within 3 calendar days of delivery with supporting images/videos.

Resolution: Replacement will be provided free of cost, subject to verification.
Refunds: If a replacement is not possible, a refund may be processed to the original payment method.
Shipping: Return shipping for verified defective/wrong items will be borne by Gymkha.

C. No Refund for Change of Mind

Refunds will not be provided for:

Size issues (Replacement only).
Change of mind.
Used or washed products.
Minor color variations due to lighting.
Hygiene Note: Due to hygiene reasons, worn gymwear will not be accepted.

D. Verification Clause

Gymkha reserves the right to verify the product condition (including requesting images or videos) before approving any replacement or refund. Approval is subject to quality inspection. Requests not meeting eligibility criteria may be declined.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, graphics, brand assets, and content are the intellectual property of Gymkha under SHJR Ventures LLP. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gymkha shall not be liable for:

Indirect or incidental damages.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners.
Incorrect shipping details provided by customers.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kerala, India.

10. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020:
